The 9210p online TOC analyzer is particularly suitable for analyzing process water samples and can be installed on walls or shelves for indoor or outdoor use (requiring a sunshade). The instrument calibration adopts a simple principle and can be completed in a few minutes. The instrument has good long-term calibration stability, can provide accurate and reliable analysis data, and has low maintenance.
application
9210pOnline TOC analyzerSupport continuous online monitoring and analysis to ensure that water quality meets relevant standards or to optimize the water quality treatment process. Application areas include: drinking water, municipal sewage, industrial (process water, boiler feed water, condensate water), environmental protection (surface water, groundwater), etc.
Process control with simple operation and reliable data
Using a heated sodium persulfate oxidation method to detect the level of organic pollution in water during the process.
During the analysis process, the sample is introduced into the analysis system at 4-9 minute intervals, followed by the addition of phosphoric acid spray to remove inorganic carbon (TIC) from the water. The sample, excluding inorganic carbon, enters the reaction tank and undergoes oxidation at a temperature of 100 ℃ to convert it into carbon dioxide. It is then detected using a non diffusive infrared detector (NDIR) to calculate the TOC content. The analysis results are displayed on the touch screen and can be output to the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system, or transmitted to a computer through a network, or output as a 4-20mA analog signal.
The color touch screen user interface based on Windows CE system makes instrument settings, data and trend acquisition easy and convenient. The analysis data can be sent in real-time in Microsoft Excel format to a LAN network, or exported to a computer through a USB drive.
